Project “Zucchetti Village” | Lodi
The leitmotif of the whole intervention will be to create stimulating work environments where employees can express themselves at their best and put their skills to good use.
Offices conceived as spaces for aggregation and sharing. Furthermore, the city of Lodi will also benefit from the intervention, thanks to the municipal administration which has allowed some
adjustments to be made on the areas of the neighborhood and which is now named the City of the Future.
The My Lodi shopping center will be partially demolished, emptied of volumes and completely re-invented. With internal courtyards equipped with seating and flower beds,
the gallery transformed into a new reception featuring a double-height bioclimatic greenhouse with a pitched glass roof, as a technological element capable of contributing to the
reduction of energy consumption. The historical commercial function will remain in services such as the bank and the pharmacy, but there will also be an auditorium, a restaurant, a wellness space
and a company cafeteria in the semi-public area of the building, directly at the entrance to the plate.

The partial roofing of the structure with green terraces also gives the complex a new identity.
A "hybrid" structure in reinforced concrete and laminated wood which, together with the conversion of the shopping center and the Tower, will make up the Zucchetti Headquarters.
